What's a 5-year warrant to buy 100,000 shares of PTOI at $0.12/share worth?? Maybe $200.00?? Anyone can buy 100,000 shares outright for about $2,000. Those warrants aren't exactly much of a kicker.
If anyone wants a greater stake in PTOI, I'm sure Mr. Heddle would be happy to issue additional $100,000 promissory notes earning 12% to any and all comers. Those people would get paid 12% interest pending PTOI's ability to obtain enough cash and would also be more likely to get a portion of their money back than common shareholders. As a bonus to anyone who puts in $100,000, the investors on the message boards would post about that person being a smart, shrewd and astute investor.

Yes, I understand your penny stock also is the real deal, created with the inventiveness of Edison and destined to be the next Microsoft. Yes, I understand that the delays are also only because your company is making their product and/or technology even more revolutionary.
