A joint venture is possible I suppose but the PR did say
"...it has been agreed that the Chinese manufacturing company will be structured to establish Coates International, Ltd. as the majority owner."
That indicates to me that some sort of change in ownership may be in the works. Joint venture or not, either way would be good for the company.
Makes me wonder what the deal in the USA will look like. That is the one that will light up the SP.
