that is because usually OTC survivors don't *last* to the 8 year + level
with an enviable SS .. usually SS' are blown out (BILLIONS) with the
almost always requisite R/S in play that gets *auto* re-shorted by rote
cycle of money in play (ascertaining which level) is one *key*
*volume* is also a *key*
original entity (there is more than one imo) .. has a huge problem
with P2O's ability to execute
