That's why I always said no audits will be done .... NTEK did what they had to do to build up real true value in UltraFlix at the expense $$$$ of the shareholders.
My gut tells me a spinoff of UF and a buyout.....
Dave Foley and Al Stone & company will move on with NTGL.... now having enough $$$$$ ..... Not sure if 4K Studios will be a part of the buyout or stays with NTEK...
