why wasn't this talked out today?
were you able to determine if both J Foley and A Stone resigned?
If so - I dont think this is a bad thing. New Management? New $? New Investment? New ideas? New Connections?
Consider - a big player buying into an unaudited pinkie with D Foley in jail for fraud - but still buying in because of the technology that has attracted the biggest dogs of TV land...
If you can't buy audits you take another method of at least ensuring that your relationship is sound going forward, and you have been given enough DD to ensure that you owned the tech...and you become management of the future...
Plus, Jeff Foley was a placeholder anyway..
No-one resigned just because it is Friday the 12th. There is another reason.
