Maybe there is an announcement for a JV, but deals fall through all the time and the track record here sucks.
If I'm wrong, I'll be the first to congratulate Gerald.
If a JV partnership with cash is so close, why make the announcement for a potential 1:300 RS?
With such a great partnership on the horizon, they could have waiting til Q4. I applaud your optimism, but after 5 yrs here (as of this week!) I have history and a crap track record on my side. GLTA.
