There is an impending announcement of a joint venture for a penny biotech's lead product and you say the price is not going anywhere soon? If that isn't a potential catalyst, I don't know what is.
GC has mislead investors many times, but he has said nothing regarding the JV. We know it is in the works because of the 8k, not because of something GC said. A potential partner doesn't care what GC said last year, they only care what ESS is worth. I believe ESS is worth more than $4 million and that is why I loaded the boat these past couple months.
Worst case, the JV doesn't happen or it's a terrible deal- the stock does nothing and you sell then- plenty of time before a RS, if there even is a RS. Best case, it's a great deal and the stock surges to what it is actually worth.
