This is why I think they never followed through on the audits. They could not do the things they have done if they were not a dark unaudited company. Our hope is that these steps have done something to manage the toxic debt and the massive dilution is completed like they say it is. My biggest problem is that they left room for 600% more dilution. I know that they have the power to raise the A/S any time they want, but it would have been a little better of a gesture to put it a more reasonable figure.
