4K STUDIOS ....
Lets face it the only way NTEK can raise capital to fund and build value in UltraFix and not give any of it away is through us shareholders by diluting. Quarter after quarter NTEK kept showing revenues and small increase profits on their balance sheets. Everyone keeps saying where's are our NTGL shares. Right there on the quarterly reports helping the balance sheets look favorable. How else can they continue for there loyal investors to keep investing but to make the BS look good.
Balance sheets look good, article after article about how the 4K industry is booming, NTEK keeps uploading content after content as the stock is being diluted and the pps keeps dropping. NTEK is silent with no news but yet us investors keep buying shares and cost averaging down. Not because of no news but we see what is being developed in UF and what is happening in the 4K world.
Let's not be naive to think 4K studios generated over 7 million dollars in the past several quarters. I can't see how they generated those revenues when we didn't even have platforms or content uploaded yet. I feel much of content and work that was done was by bartering with companies to build UF.
So where did the revenues come from for 4K Studios ...... You got it ... Us shareholders !!!!
In no way am I bashing NTEK ..... They did what they had to do to build value in UltraFlix ...
This is why I feel we will not see any audits from the past.
The tides have changed and it's clear sailing moving forward !!!
