I can't see how 4K Stuios charge for its services when NTEK/UltraFlix was not even a viable streaming service yet.
If I'm not mistaking I think that NTEK paid only 1 million $$$$$ for the rights to 950 movies. I'm sure they factored in bartering to remaster the content in 4K
