Might it be those diluted shares are being issued to eliminate the convertible debt as part of the reorganization plan? It was also mentioned that shares would be used to bring on new hires as well. We know the shares are issued but we don't know they have been sold yet. I think it is high time the company shared some facts with its loyal shareholder base which has supported this company to date from inception and has suffered substantial losses in the process. I think we are owed that and more. I still remain hopeful that Ultraflix is spun off to us as a fully reporting separate entity. Go NTEK!!!
