I agree. It makes zero sense, but it also makes zero sense to dilute when the PPS is this low..... It makes more sense to spin news and then dilute.
It's still my opinion they have spent the last couple of years intentionally diluting to keep the pps low.... I don't have a hypothesis on why they'd do that, but it's obvious. Any other company would have weekly news bits to maintain investors.
NTEK has done everything in their power to loose investors.
Anyone have any guess why a company would want to drive their own PPS into the ground?
