Winston, that would imply another 3 weeks which is another 12-13 million shares.
At this share price that is about half a million dollars.
Do you really believe they only need another $500K to get to where they need to be come Aug? What about the other almost 400 million shares? Why did they not reduce it lower if that is all they needed? They could always increase it to some reasonable value if was really needed
