I agree Dr Rosen.

I think GC is not getting younger and wants some freedom to work on his many other projects(which is his passion anyway)

I think he would grant it with a correct deal and proper large cash outlay by the Chinese company

George is tired of getting emails ,visits and calls from his long term shareholders and this would appease every one.

Also it would give them the money to buy back easily any further toxic loans still outstanding that have not been converted yet.

Lets hope that we come to a deal sooner than later.
