I had to read this a few times over but I think this is the best possible outcome of that meeting. If Coates grants an exclusive license to the Chinese they will manufacturer the engines and handle that aspect of the operation. That has been the Achilles Heel of this company since the beginning of time.
If they get a substantial licensing fee, say $100,000,000 or so, and royalties, that alone would change the entire landscape of company valuation. I absolutely agree with Andre.
Furthermore, I have a feeling George is going to grant this AS SOON AS POSSIBLE as long as his patents remain protected. Naturally the Chinese generally move slow but it really will depend on how desperate they are to hit the ground running.
