i'm not sure how exactly it works with the toxics and the $0.05 you mentioned, i can't give you an answer on that. Maybe someone more knowledgable on the topic can answer that? It does sound logically what your saying.

Best scenario would be that we get enough upfront money to buy out the toxics but i'm not even sure how much money would be required to do so.
