This also may further explain why financial terms weren't disclosed. Although it's not unusual for companies to withhold this kind information in press releases, it might benefit AMBS in this instance.
If AMBS closes and announces a deal, I'm assuming Gerald will also want to announce that the toxic financiers have been paid with some of the proceeds. Otherwise, there's a good chance the share price goes over $0.05 which allows some TFs to convert.
If I understand the recent $0.05 floor correctly, a deal and TF announcement have to happen simultaneously to prevent further dilution. Please correct me if that's not the case.
