Mallinckrodt is one of my favorite companies that made me a lot of cash! they even bought Questcor which made me a about a 12-bagger at the time 
whomever bought MNK 2 months ago made about 50% on their investment.
Strong company with strong management and solid performance.
It sure would have been awesome if they would have bought Amarantus instead of Stratatech. They sure have plenty of money to spend, buying Amarantus would have been peanuts to them.
