Nice post. Bet they sold it for a lot more than $3-4M.
StrataGraft is entering phase 3 for deep partial-thickness skin wounds. Phase 2 "development" of StrataGraft is underway for treatment of severe, full thickness burns. My guess is they have a long way to go on the development side if they want to get into that area.
ESS has already been proven to work on severe, full thickness 3-4 degree burns in children.
