Your understanding of US Corporate bankruptcy is dead wrong.
Companies assets don't automatically go into a 363 sale.
You are skipping quite a few steps and potential outcomes depending on what type of bankruptcy is filed, types of creditors, who files , etc.
This is basic stuff.
