We've been through this before. If the company goes bankrupt it's not Ricks. It goes to auction, Rick would get the proceeds of the auction if there were to be any ( a couple of pennies on the dollar )
Perhaps you should have stepped up to the plate with the finances required to fund this company through to fruition.
He's funding and filing. I'm quite sure that someone with more experience in this field could have been further along at this point, but he is the one that put up the funds...........no one else stepped up!
Also the price of oil IS a factor.........what's that these days $ 43.03 at this very moment, I`m sure that $ 100 a barrel would make the ROI a LOT better.
