I Just checked Yahoo and etrade and it appears that Coates share float went down from 1.15 bill to 680m shares
GC bought 200m and 279 m shares
which exactly equals the amount the float went down.
IF this is the case that is very big.
shares outstanding are still 1.68 b of which GC owns 827m
