I remember hjoe was asked on Twitter if they planned on filing on time this year. This question was asked at the beginning of the year, so I'm guessing the poster was referring to march filings. hjoe responded that they will file on time but I think hjoe was thinking that kbm would agree on a final payment, but I guess kbm wanted the penalties, shares and everything else.
