September is an important month GRD. There will be some movement forward on the case and further guidance as to where it's going. As it gets closer to trial, I feel it gets riskier for KBM more so than HJOE because of the counter suit. Remember, we are the only company who has stuck it back at KBM with a counter. The closer to trial this gets, the more KBM risks in getting exposed. Also remember, the majority of KBMs cases were dismissed with settlement s of some sort with only a few still pending. If matters wrap up year end, we still may see Mr. Veal file as he stated late last year.
