100% Wrong. The gov was given 6 months to amend the MMPR which is has till Aug 24th to do. All companies under MMPR can do business as usual and will do business as usual after Aug 24th.
The judge whether on purpose or over sight gave HC a loop hole to restrict the new personal grow regulation in the amended MMPR.
The judge stated Canadians have a right to grow IF access is restricted. All HC had to and will do is allow licensed companies to have store fronts, allow pharmacies to sell and there's even talk of dispensaries being able to sell IF they get it from MMPR.
