I don't think there is necessarily a RS planned but being realistic there would likely be some share restructuring of some kind planned to a degree.
For example, the current feeling is CP capital is going to save the day by linking baltia with investors. Going on this theory you have to consider what would a investor get in return for that investment if thats accurate. The ownership of the company is the common stock right now, it has a market value of under 3 million. Baltia obviously would have to offer ownership for a large investment, likely a few million could be needed to secure a lease on a newer plane.
My guess is in that they would restructure the common stock to offer a investor the needed percentage to get the investment. I would hope a RS to bring the share count in line would be part of it, but this wouldn't be a typical RS, it would be a complete overhaul. Its not uncommon when a partner comes in for all shares to get diluted to bring them in.
I'm certainly open to other theories, but considering the size investment needed I can't see the money just being a loan, so if not a share restructure...What else could Baltia do to entice a investor, if not a ownership percentage, what could they give them?
