IMO, that's why I am not understanding the R/S talk over there. BLTA has been working around issuing shares through sale of assets, the $500k note and hiring CP Capital. To me, actions seems to point that are trying not to issue shares at the present time. If they wanted to R/S, they would have maxed out the share count long ago.
