Hi Mac, if the judge follows the law the contract with Kbm is usury. Plain and simple. Just my opinion but to me Kbm is trying to save face they have more money then they have brains. We will see how that works out for them . If by chance something crazy happens I'm not going anywhere I will continue to buy I'm in for the long hall.
