The members of this board seems to own the majority of the float, so I do not think the lawsuit will drastically effect share price. It is more about getting the stop sign taken off, and then attracting new investors who are willing to bid a high enough amount to get someone on this board to sell. Not many investors are even taking a look at this stock with a stop sign, so losing the lawsuit should not attract much negative publicity except on the two stock boards.
