Sounds like a stalemate to me.

There's a straw man argument claiming that many people are branding all or even most cops are racist.

I don't see it. I see a lot of defensiveness about bad policing, as if there is no need for adequate supervision and discipline of 'bad cops'.

Just as there is for bad lawyers and bad doctors.
