That I do not know sir. It appears that is what teh attorney representing the defendants is asking to be done. Along with the DOJ and U S Marshalls Service.
IMO he has a valid request. Bashing a company is one thing but this bashing is so excessive the attacks are now against them personally. On all three or four boards they have affiliations with.
There is way more to this than just the defendants doing wrong. They not only want Traty closed but the futures of the 5 t o be non existent.
Sad thing is they have not even been found guilty yet in court. Only on social media
