The Fab 5 are the defendants and have many different names.
Most likely some of them did wrong , no doubt. I would never say they did not.
But, the SEC is required to follow the rule of law while collecting evidence. Regardless of who the defendants are.
If they did not follow that rule is the evidence 100 % accurate or could it be tainted ?
Another thing to consider is the Hard Drive given to Treaty by the SEC with the evidence the SEC has to use against Treaty.
The SEC petitioned the court to get it back, with the explanation there was information on it Treaty should not have access to. And that was e-mails ( according to chief basher TD ) between the SEC attorney and 2 ICE agents.
That supposedly was the information. Yet for Gov't Agencies to share information while gathering evidence is perfectly normal.
Now, near the same time the Fab 5 attorney files a motion to get the case dismissed with all kinds of allegations of misconduct by the SEC with things you could not imagine could happen. Either the attorney has one hell of an imagination or some of it is true.
Coincidence ???? With all of the Gov't corruption these days I would not be surprised.
Another thing to think about is I found that Mark Cuban / Dallas Mavericks is suing the SEC for misconduct. That's going to the Supreme Court. I guess they have been harrassing him for years.
Would it be a bigger coincidence if the same SEC office investigated both Mark Cuban and Treaty. Never count any thing out.
Some think what H Klein is doing is BS, Those are the guys with the agenda. If he can uncover misconduct, corruption and Naked Short Shares in the penny market he will be a hero. And for him to put his neck out on the line as he is doing is risky for his career.
