based on over 8 years + documentation of more than a few OTC stox
who did uplist (R/S or not) .. odds are that CTIX will be *run* UP to X PPS ..
and then unless mgmt's *awareness* can couple that timing with *news*
that keeps the pressure on colluding entities .. CTIX will be *reset* back a %
that is why it's so nice to see mgmt's ongoing awareness .. imo salvo fired
back re: Rosen .. was just one key signaled to retail investors .. alongside
the news starting this month (hire/preso) re: foundation firmly established
