Not so fast there Oh Danish One. In the accounts of the people who bought the "Air Shares" there are "Entitlements to Purchase " those devices either accepted by the MM, or the DTCC/DSC as a valid security entitlement. It's not a legal device, but it does allow the market to continue to function without the FTD's piling up. I don't know what happens in say, a market up-listing, where all of the shares need to be accounted for...could be the short squeeze of all time, but we're liable to find out one day with CTIX! It is NOT unprovable or even untraceable, the MM's and brokers just don't want a transparent accounting (which could happen daily!), because it closes one of the windows by which the market is rigged in their favor. All together now...We Shall Overcome! Go CTIX!
