I agree that if they don't screw up ESS it should finally give the company a solid foundation to work off of. But I worry that it will also give them a tempting opportunity to reverse split "into strength." I don't know whether or not this will happen, but they brought up the possibility a while back and with this company the saying "where there's smoke, there's fire" usually rings true. I don't know if there is anything Gerald could say or do to reassure me that there won't be another reverse split. He has a long way to go before I could ever trust his word again, but that is my personal view and to each their own. However, if ESS does go through and there IS another reverse split, right after that to me would be the ideal buying opportunity. Definitely a tantalizing time if your looking to start or add to a position. Good luck to all.
