Just to clarify....when I say LOWER , MORE REASONABLE PPS , the range I am speaking to is the 5's and lower 6's. If you can get em lower....even better, but , there is HUGE support at 5 and not likely anytime soon to go below that level. Again, JMO of course GLTA
