In my opinion....yes, along with short term traders. Someone got wind of things happening with PMPG and jumped the gun on when events would occur. Spread the word and took profits from much lower, knowing that they could re-buy once things did not go as per the expectations they promoted. Classic stuff in stock price manipulation.
That is not to say that things will not happen, as I do think that they are and will going forward. Just not in the immediate timeline some would have everyone think. It is worth holding and buying at a lower, more reasonable pps IMO. GLTA All JMO of course.
