I have no doubt in my mind they have dirt on them and like i said from the beginning, KBM has A LOT more to lose in this situation than HJOE. HJOE are obviously fighters that do not give up and those are the most dangerous people to deal with. They've almost redefined persistent. I haven't agreed with some of the things they have done but they have never wavered and I will always respect someone who acts in that way. What a ride its been and I think its just the beginning.

btw, I believe the core investors are also as persistent as the company
