I can't see them NOT responding. I think you meant that too. I just find it highly unusual that PACER has no update. Either their brief is lengthy, not finished yet or will be filed at zero hour. If we wake up tomorrow with no PACER update we can assume one of two things. It simply hasn't been posted to PACER or they are delinquent. Just unusual that the plaintiff is taking so much time. I am very curious as to what it said in that summary judgment brief and like TS said, does HJOE have some dirt on them?
