R. Farrell was hired by Kalytera Therapeutics, Inc., a pharmaceutical company as President and Chief Financial Officer. This was announced by the company on Jun 29. I can't say if he was pushed out or resigned on his own for certain, but it seems he was looking to jump ship for some time.
