$PSGR I was reminded of the Mel Brooks movie Young Frankenstein when I returned from a week in SoCal with kids & grandkids. "He's alive!" MY OPINION, AS USUAL, FOLLOWS: Well, PSGR may not be alive but it certainly has had minor movement in the past week. Whether the movement is the reaction of a dying nerve stimulating a muscle remains to be seen. The Good News is the share price has gone up a tiny bit. The So-So News is that share price has held for the past couple of days. The Not So Good News is that the number of shares traded is pathetic. The Bad News is that nothing has been released with respect to the prior announcement of the Blackridge investment in Pershing Resources....what is the status of the previously announced 'up to $1 Million for up to 10% of the outstanding shares'? I am also curious to see what will happen to the share price when Pershing dilutes the value by increasing the number of shares AFTER the shareholder meeting... let' s face it, the corporate people currently own a majority of the common stock and will vote for the increase in the number of shares. The Buyer Beware moniker still rests with this stock... think, review and discuss with others BEFORE you commit.
