I will add this : .... Voting against all 7 or 8 proposals, I am. ....
I do suppose that my vote ( and even your vote ) are not need-
ed to get to 51% - - I think they have a solid "insider" 51% auto-
matic majority. .... I just received the voting materials in the mail.


Maybe SEC rules require a vote to increase the share count or
some other thing in the list of proposals.


Personally, I do not react positively to LIARS. .... So I am voting
against ALL MANAGEMENT PROPOSALS, to a one. .... Been
victimized and otherwise inconvenienced by LIARS in my life.


I have itemized the lies from Pershing in posts these last six or
eight months. .... No need to restate the plethora of LIES issued
forth from the "Managers" that "manage" Pershing.


LIARS that have never put out a detailed assay report from the
"mine" ever, never ever.


Liars.
