digging in and ready for anything, that they do in fact have
concrete evidence to support their claims.

If one looks at the message boards over the past 2 years,
one can see where this could easily have escalated into
personal emails, faxes, and other documented proof.
I would have to think that is the case. It was always personal
and I can not see this scenario not to have happened. Too
much testosterone and emotion running from both camps.

If PJ was forced on them, which I have heard through the
grapevine, then KBM is in real trouble because they would
be suing HJOE for something they directly caused.

Lastly, on your other post. I am in the same camp with
you on expectations for pps rise etc. But, If HJOE executes
and grows Q to Q. I think there will be ample opportunity
to get some large blocks out. especially from .01-.05,

where it will get tricky is over .07-.10.. IMHO
