At some point - their counsel will either dismiss themselves (again) or restructure their fees if KBM ignores/continues to ignore their advice. This becomes especially true if $HJOE has the "smoking gun" evidence(trading records/total returns, threats/coercion, TJ being forcex upon them, Etc) or there is documentation that HJOE tried to negotiate in good faith for a reasonable settlement prior.

On a trading standpoint - NITE is definitely hiding shares behind the 10K offer but it seems to be multiple small amounts. Ive done 150K orders twice today over the ASK just to see how they would fill. First one was five lots and second was four lots of various size. Only one lot was 10K
