I still see them being confused/dumb enough to prolong

this thing. They probably think this is going to rattle/shake HJOE
confidence. I just think it reinforces their-HJOE drive to take them
out. KBM is a very arrogant bunch that really has blinders on.
I don't trust them to look out for their own betterment. They should
quickly wash their hands of this and go in another direction. Every day
the bulls-eye gets bigger and bigger on their back.(Other companies
may feel compelled to enter the frey and other key judgments with
loans may bring more attention to this problem.)

Its a pissing contest right now. But, I think KBL isnt paying attention
to the situation, they may be standing in a whole field of cow pies soon
and all wet too...not from the rain...
It could get rather rank for them......JMHO
