Jokers like this snARKy licker are busy trying to get in their last shots, but mostly a waste of time, even for high rolling flippers really. I'm sure they could make some gains, but I suspect the slander camp created by the trumped competitor(s) to be behind a lot of it. The others are being paid just to hold the pps down for slow accumulation. Fast accumulation requires the chasing of higher ask and results in pps run up which they want to delay as long as possible, and discouraging early "ground floor" investment helps them to achieve that.
