Shares are still intact I see. What I don't get is why common shares would be canceled in a BK hearing. Normal investors aren't debt holders.

Maybe the shorters had some influence in the BK plan and needed shares canceled for their benefit. But it's looking like that ain't gonna happen now, lol.

This is starting to get even more interesting.
