Yes , I understand that , and I hope that we the shareholders will organize to have the same attorney , yes it may take 2 years , but if one has individual attorney , this will cost more than dividend , and I for one am over 30,000.00 lost already after I reinvested into the company. Some shareholders I understand losing more.
So no matter what will happen , shareholders, like always will be the only losers, here , ... imo.
