The more I think about it, I really don't think it makes sense for COR to go after the shareholders when they could more easily go after the brokers. Then if the brokers lose in course the brokers may or may not try to collect from shareholders. In that situation it would be many years down the line. Because suit 1 would be between broker firms and COR clearing then suit 2 would be between brokerage firm and broker clients (shareholders).

This seems likely, we'll have to wait and see. I predict that TDA and Etrade will be added as parties to the suit.
