I for one don't want HJOE to settle! I want them to take them to the task and when there done I want them going after the bashers. I hope the judge like in most cases like this won't give them a summary judgement but will force this to a trail. If this case ends they won't be filing instant anyhow, I assume once they win this they go after others. I believe they have shareholders interest at heart, but this is personal to them. For years these asshole under estimated this company and this brand and taunted them daily. They went so far as to harass stores and write lies about the company. HJOE is not done by a long shot I predict. All the time moving forward and building the brand and building dealers and revenue.
